Luxury Apartments in Knightsbridge close to Harrods Department Store, with rear facing directly onto Hyde Park.
Contract Descriptions
A stunning one-off development of 4 No. Pavilions containg 83 apartments. This project was built to notoriously stringent quality standards and controls throughout every aspect of the build.
Requirements
A 100mm proprietary screed laid onto and including a 17mm rubber-based acoustic resilient layer. Screed had to be to Category A requirements and SR1 surface quality. Given the type and quality of the finishes applied on top, the client wanted to reduce the screed weight, so that the density of the overall floor build-up would not exceed design limits.
Solution
Progressive proposed use of a Lytag lightweight screed incorporating an Isocrete K Screed topping. Screed was installed onto and including a Regupol 6010SH acoustic resilient layer, incorporating all abutment detailing.
