All BS tolerances were halved by McLaren and rigorously policed.
Solution
Close supervision of tile fixers. Quality control measures implemented. Substructure surveyed prior to floor tiling to ensure compliance. In order to bring substructure within tolerance self level Mapei screeds pumped and placed to SRI tolerance.
