The Projects
Major refurbishment and extension of the existing St Pancras Station to form the main London Terminus for the Eurostar high-speed rail service.
Contract Descriptions
The existing St Pancras Station was to be upgraded, refurbished and extended to enable it to become the London Eurostar Services Terminus along with continued use by Midland train services. Direct links to Kings Cross Station were also required. This was a major project undertaken over a number of years and required a number of different screed types together with plastering, rendering and heritage render.
Requirements
Listed building required specialist expertise to renovate and replace listed finishes.
